About Me
Hi, I'm Beeda .
Zumba fitness is a wonderful fitness programmesuitable for people of all ages as the intensity can be varied.
Every dance is a fitness routine and you get fit while having a blast to the jesty latin music and latin inspired dance routines.
You don't even have to know how to dance.
You don't even need to memorise any steps .
Just move your body and follow my lead.
I look forward to meeting you!
Qualifications
My Background
I am a line dance teacher (A.I.S.T.D, UK) and Yoga Instructor (Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors).
I bring my wealth of 10 years experience in line dance to my Zumba class to make it my special flavour
- Zumba Fitness for line dancers to stay fit , strong and happy.
Line dance is a DANCE class while Zumba fitness is a FITNESS class ! ..... And what an awesome combination !
My line dance class still continues on a Wednesday night and has been the same for the last 10 years .
BABY BOOMERS
My class is specially for the Baby Boomers (born 1946 -1964) as well as for Beginners in Zumba Fitness. Everybody is welcome.
