Zumba Fitness Licence to Teach

  1. I took my Zumba Fitness Certification on 26 and 27 January 2013 in Kota Kinabalu with David Valez, Zumba Education Specialist. Lots of knowledge gained on fitness and the science of Zumba and its effectiveness
  2. Now I can teach Zumba all over the World. When? Not yet. Only when I am ready , probably in mid Feb 2013.
  3. Zumba is NOT A DANCE  class - It is a FITNESS PROGRAMME for everybody to enjoy based on Latin inspired dances like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and ReggaetonI will soon be teaching a 1 hour  Zumba Fitness class based on the Zumba programme which is about 15 minutes warm up for fitness ( no dance steps here!) , alternate high and low intensity latin based dances for the next 40 minutes and finally a cooling down dance.
  4. I have joined the Zumba Instructors Network (ZIN) to be updated on the  Zumba Fitness programme. Every month I will be receiving Zumba music/ choreography video for me to learn and teach in classSo I will always have the latest dances to teach . The dances are interesting and enjoyable and effective .
  5. Everybody loves Zumba. Its is suitable for  people of all ages and the intensity can be modified to suit the individual . There is no wrong step for the student !Its fun , its easy and it works .It makes you happy. 
  6. Zin Beeda coming your way soon. My target group - the very absolute beginner in Zumba Fitness !!
